does anyone have any code examples of a soap client calling the api?

Hi,

I wondered can anyone post an example of how they successfully used the api with soap including the wsdl file. I'm coding this project in PHP, but any language would do just so I get an idea of the what certificates are used, the correct url and calling the function in soap server?
