These terms and conditions ("Terms") shall apply to your use of the website and some services located at http://developer.vodafone.com ("Developer Portal"). By using the Developer Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them you should not proceed any further.

Generally, your use of the Developer Portal is governed by these Terms. Some sections of the Developer Portal may have other terms. When other terms apply, we'll make those available to you at that time.

The Developer Portal is owned and operated by Vodafone Group Services Limited whose registered office is at Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, RG14 2FN, England ("we," "us" "our").

From time to time, we may change the content and or restrict access to some parts of the Developer Portal. We cannot promise that access to the Developer Portal will be uninterrupted or entirely error free.

Nothing in these Terms shall act to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or any other liability, which may not by applicable law be limited or excluded. If you are a business user, you agree to indemnify us against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms or your use of the Developer Portal.

Except as expressly stated in this section neither party shall be liable to the other for any punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind or for any loss of profits, loss of anticipated profits whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

You agree that your sole remedy under these Terms is to discontinue use of the Developer Portal.

We own or otherwise have rights to all intellectual property, databases and goodwill in the Developer Portal.. Nothing in these Terms entitles you to any right or interest to material we or our agents provide on the Developer Portal.

You own and are responsible for any contributions you make in our forums or when you contribute to our blogs. You acknowledge that by posting material on the Developer Portal you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide licence to use the materials within the Developer Portal and elsewhere.

We are not responsible for the availability of any third party websites, or assume any responsibility for third party services or material that you access through the Developer Portal.

Your use of the Developer Portal will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England.

These Terms apply between us and you. No other person is entitled to benefit under these Terms.
