One of our games recently failed submission as it does not work on the HTC Wildfire. We do want to exclude this device as it is an underpowered phone that we do not want to support. In order to exclude this phone we have adjusted our Android manifest file to only include devices with Open GL ES 1.1 or better.
Now the support problem. We emailed support initially getting in touch on the 3rd of June 2011. The test ream replied on the 6th of June 2011 informing us that we need to adjust our manifest,. We adjusted our manifest file and re-uploaded, but failed for the very same reason. on the 6th of June 2011. We got back in touch with support who gave us an email address to contact technical support. We did this on the 7th, 14th and 21st of June 2011, but have received no correspondence from them at all.
Could you please let us know about this issue and why technical support never answer emails?
