The GET PUK Code API securely retrieves the Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) associated with a subscriber’s SIM card.

Access is restricted to authenticated and authorized systems to ensure subscriber data protection.

The requesting system authenticates using secure credentials (e.g.OAuth token).
A GET request is sent with the required SIM identifier (MSISDN).
The API validates authorization and verifies subscriber eligibility.
The system retrieves the PUK code from the secure SIM provisioning system and returns it in the response .

Use Case Example

A customer forgets their PIN and uses one of the available self-service channels to retrieve the PUK code and unlock their SIM card.
Customer support agents retrieve a subscriber’s PUK code securely during a verification call.
