Why am I encountering a 401 Unauthorised error?

The request lacks valid authentication credentials. Ensure the Access Token is valid and not expired. If necessary, re-generate the Access Token and double-check client_id and client_secret

If using the production environment, ensure the credentials are specific to that environment. If you're experiencing issues with your production environment's client ID, secret, and input parameters, tell the Vodafone support desk, and we'll fix them.
