QoS Provisioning

0.3.0

The Quality of Service (QoS) Provisioning API offers a programmable interface for developers to request the assignment of a certain Quality of Service (QoS) profile to a specific device, indefinitely.

This API sets up the configuration in the Vodafone network so that the requested QoS profile is applied to the specified device whenever it is connected to the network, until the provisioning is deleted.

Description QoS Provisioning API - CAMARA Specification

How it works

  • Provision QoS profiles
Create a QoS provisioning for a device by assigning a QoS profile to ensure stable latency or prioritised throughput for the required use case.
  • Retrieve provisioning information
Fetch details of an existing QoS provisioning using a device identifier or provisioning ID to understand the current configuration and status.
  • Delete QoS provisioning
Delete an active QoS provisioning when it is no longer required, releasing the associated network resources.
  • Receive status notifications
Subscribe to provisioning status change notifications and receive updates asynchronously via a configured callback URL.
